Been m n s today, will be 3 weeks 4 days PO on Saturday and off out for a meal with the hubby and some friends so I decided to get a bra, I’m happy because I am at present a 38DD and they actually fit nice, before I was a 38B but one cup was always too big because of my small boob so that put a nice smile on my face. I know I shouldn’t be wearing a bra but got a very soft one well 2 one black one white as I don’t know why to wear, and I will only have it on for a couple of hrs.

Now I’m pi£&ed off because I’m at the gym where I normally come and my daughter has swimming lessons here too, last Thursday I thought I would get weighed and I weighed 12st 5lb which I put down to swelling (I was 12st 1lb before op). Any way thought I would get re weighed today and today bang I’m 12st 8lb! Now theirs no way that’s swelling I even had my abdomen drained last Friday so I def should be weighing less! I am obviously just pulling weight on because I’m inactive and eating shite. Feel VERY VERY sorry for myself! Especially from the surgery I had I should be weighing less 🙁

im sorry to hear that, but dont be hard on yourself as you have been through surgery which is a big thing. as soon as you feel better than you can start exercising again. i hulahoop which burns loads of calories. maybe climb stairs? or go for brisk walks? x

Can’t climb anything or walk anywhere properly yet still not completely vertical it’s a drain on my back 🙁 can’t wait to be back to normal and be able to exercise, I seriously thought I would be loads better than this at this point. I’m hoping to get back to the gym at 6 weeks PO but that’s not looking too hopefull at the moment 🙁 x

I felt like I’d put loads of weight on in the 2 weeks after my op but it’s helped being back at work and busy, I reckon you’ll be fine once you get back to normal activities, try not to stress and just cut out the rubbish food (easier said than done I know lol!) X

Crap isn’t it? I’ve put on almost 7lb since my op in August as I still can’t exercise due to slow healing. I need to stop looking at the picture of my abs from pre-op that I put on here as they’re long gone! I have a 4 mile round trip walk to work, Lord knows what size I’d be if it weren’t for that! At least we all have big boobs as a consolation 😀

Iv put 7lb on in less than 4 weeks 🙁
Think I’m more upset by the fact I expected to be much lighter after the tummy tuck and lipo not half stone more when my new boobs only weigh 2lb lol, tried the whole dieting thing today already had 200 calories more than I am allowed and want more 🙁
Lots of sad faces, wish I hated food and was fixed!
