Hard bit in boob !!! Worried

I have a hard bit in the inside cleavage of my left boob and I’m really worried what this is ? I don’t no if I’m just being paranoid but just felt it. Can anyone think what it is ? Or if I need to check with the nurse ?

I would get it checked out to put your mind at rest xx
