Has anyone had 360 or 390 unders? Size? Pics

Hey, has anyone had 360 or 390 unders? Not sure what to go for? So hard to decide! X

Hey Astrid, I’m not going through MYA. I’m going with my breast with a surgeon two of my friends have used. I’m a 34C but quite full. I said I wanted to be a DD and look in proportion with my body and i said i dont want to look fake, as natural as possible. I’m size 8. 5ft 4. He didn’t exactly tell me the size I will be. But after what I said I wanted he gave me sizes he said would look in proportion with my body. Was offered 330, 360 and 390 moderate and full profile. I think I’m going ahead with the 360 full profile as I’m too scared of going too big and ill be happy to be bigger anyway. I’m also having partial under the muscle. They are looking good Tracy! I’m so undecided what to go for! I’m a full 34C now and I don’t really want to be any bigger than a DD. I’m worried if I go for the 390 ill be too big! As I have tea a lot of people were b or a cup an had similar sizes and they are about an e or f! As I am slightly bigger now I’m worried the 390 will be too big? Does anyone have any suggestions? Xxxx 🙂

I reckon you go up each bra size around 80-120cc but looks wise people seem to say that 120-150cc per size looking bigger… if that makes sense.

So 360cc or 390cc will make you look 2 – 3 cup sizes bigger, but you might measure 3+ cup sizes bigger… So Look a DD but measure an E at least… but that’s pure guesswork on my part based on reading up quite a lot and seeing how everyone else looks.

In all reality it’s only like an 8% difference in size between the implants, so I know you don’t want to look to big… but you are paying for this and well you do want the results to be noticable in some way else you would not be doing it,and as there isn’t that much size difference between the two i might suggest going for the larger. There are hardly any girls complaining i’m too big!! but quite a few wishing they had gone larger.

I had 340cc unders went from 36AA/A to 36D, I’ve been dieting since then which was 9 weeks ago today, and I’m thinking of going down to a 34 band, and trying it am either a very full 34D or not full DD.

Hiya Stephanie. Thanks so much for all that information! It really helps? What are your stats? I’m size 8 and 5ft4. Sounds like there isn’t a huge difference in the sizes! Do you mind if I add you as a friend please? Xx May try out this rice test that people do! I’m not too sure how accurate it is though? Also you know when you try on the implants in a sports bra at consultation stages, would you say that’s pretty accurate to what you look like now? Xxx

Personally I found the rice test more accurate then sticking the forms in, as you can basically live with them for a day. So if you are trying 365 implants, I would do 365ml of rice, as it’s the volume that is more important then the weight. Smooth it around so that it is roughly 12cm wide, then do again for other boob, put in a tight crop top and wiggle your boobs around to go in top, and wear it all day 😉 that was the closest to getting what it would be like. Also try different clothes over top, so you can get an idea of how different clothes look.

In with the surgeon it was all a blur and didn’t really take it all in doing it all at home was a lot better. I just felt silly jiggling around with surgeon and you want to do things like that so you get the real feel of them. 😉

Thanks Steph. Have just added you 🙂 will defo give it a try then. As I went with two different tops to both consultations and got different ideas when I looked in the mirror! I just wanna make sure I get the look I’m after and don’t look too top heavy. But. Lot of people are saying about boob greed and wanting to go bigger once you’ve had it done. So confusing lol! I’m so scared for the op. never been under anaesthetic before! :S xxx

The anaesthetic is easy you lay down, they stick a cannula in the back of your hand, and then hey presto you wake up with boobs.

One good thing to wear is just a really think tank top that just gives you the outline that is good.
