Has anyone had a reduction, uplift with implants?

I had my first consultation with Mr Mahdi on saturday. I originally wanted breast enlargement simply with implants to achieve a full DD look. I have been advised due to what I have been left with after a 6 stone weight loss that I should have some of my tissue taken away an uplift with implants to achieve the look I require. This has completely thrown me as not what I was expecting. Has anyone had the same procedure? I am currently a flat 32 Dand hoping to achieve a a fuller bigger shape. Thanks

I am having this exact surgery with Dr. Mahdi in May 🙂 I to was a little disappointed to hear I’d need to have the extra tissue removed but now it makes sense to me. It helps the longevity of the boob job, so the breast don’t age too differently. Super nervous nonetheless 🙂
