Has anyone had Dr.Giannas for a open rhinoplasty?

I am struggling with finding patient stories for rhinoplasty carried out by Dr.Giannas.

Has anyone else had surgery with him? My op is booked for September 14th.
I’ve only seen before and after pictures supplied by my PC.

I am due to have open septorhino with him on the 24 July and I haven’t seen any of this work and I haven’t found anyone who has had rhino with him?

No, Dr.Giannas lol initially i thought maybe I had misread his name and it was actually Dr. Giannitrapani as I have seen his name a lot. I’m due to meet him for the second time at the end of this month so will have a chance to look at more photos of his work then. I was just hoping to hear stories from other girls who have had surgery with Dr.Giannas.

I’m looking into him too. Has anyone had him for nasal tip/bulbous nose rhinoplasty? All I can see really is people getting a hump removed. Also it would be great to know realistically how long it is before you can go back to work, would two weeks off be enough or is the swelling still really bad? Thanks!

Hi Mina, I have a bulbous tip so will be having that removed by Mr.Giannas in September. I’ve booked 2 and a half weeks of work (surgery is on a Thursday). A lady I work with had a rhinoplasty in December and took 2 weeks off work and was fine. She was still swollen but physically okay to work. Have you booked your surgery with Mr.Giannas yet?

Hi girls! I’m having open septo rhino with Dr Giannas this Wednesday!! Very nervous but excited…having hump removal, septum straightening and some tip work.. i’m going to post some before and after photos when i’ve got my splint off so i’ll keep you updated! xxx

Hi Saffy, I’m having my surgery with Dr.Giannas this Wednesday too! My surgery date was changed to be a day earlier. My admission time is 7:30am. Maybe we’ll bump into each other. Best of luck for Wednesday 🙂

I had an open rhino with Dr Giannas- I know there isnt much posted on him so thought I’d post this for anyone!!! Im currently only 1 week and a bit post op- so the front of my nose is SO swollen still but from the side I am in love!!! I had my bump removed and also then wanted a slope on my nose, I got the tip of the nose lifted a bit so it wasn’t as droopy and the bone broken in my nose to make it thinner! Also I wanted it to be straightened as I had a deviated septum which limited my breathing a bit. My before picture is actually a nicer picture of my nose before, it looked much worse than that, but didnt like taking photos! If anyone has any questions, feel free to message me!

Hi, I was just wondering about price range for the surgery you had? … I really do want my nose done next year sometime but not sure if the cost and how much I’d need to save etc what you had done sounds like exactly what I need to have done too but so nervous even just to book a consultation as I don’t know what to expect so just doing some research atm 🙂

Hey, if anyone has any before and after pictures loaded now, it would be amazing to see them! I’m booking in with him for March next year and we’re looking at removing bump, blending the top and straightening. Just slightly nervous as it sounds a lot and there isn’t loads on him! X

I was booked in with a different surgeon but he’s still in Italy until next year and my surgery is next month so they’ve asked if I was to wait or have Dr Giannas. Has anyone got any before and after pictures. I’m struggling to research him. Thankyou

Hi amber. I’m in the exact same situation, just had my consultation with Dr Giannas and i’m very happy and reassured as I was worried that I couldn’t find much on him either. Deffo worth having a consultation with him he’s got before and afters.

Hi there, just thought I’d say I had closed rhinoplasty with doctor Giannas on Tuesday and it went very very well. Even with the cast on I can notice a big difference in the tip.
Once the cast comes off on Tuesday il post some before and afters.

Has anyone had their surgery in the north east? Dr Gianna’s seems like the popular choice and everyone’s pics look amazing but wondered if I would have to go to London to have him?
