Has anyone had re-op from bigger to smaller implants?

Would just like some Info on this as I’m due to have a re-op after 6 months post op and just wondering if it’s a straight forward procedure? Do they just replace the implants and that’s it?

Haven’t had this myself but depending on how much smaller you are planning to go there may be some excess skin that would need cutting away x

May I ask why you’re having a re op 6 months after? And why you want to go smaller? X

I have rippling I’m going from 400- 350 X

Hi Alison. Just seen your post. Ive just had replacement due to rippling. I had lost a lot of weight due to a lot of stress happening in my life. I had 300 implants partials removed and now have 460 unders. Wish you all the best with getting your replacement & a speedy recovery

@alisonc20 oh no I’m sorry to hear that, so you had rippling even though you had partials? makes me really worried as I’m having 310-350cc overs this sunday and have nothing to begin with so massively worried about rippling!! I’ve heard that having a breast reduction is a much longer surgery than an enlargement as the skin has usually stretched so that needs to be reduced as well as putting an implant in – but I’m sure you will be fine! xx

dreamgirl did you have to pay any extra for your re-op. That’s strange that you had bigger implants for rippling. I asked my surgeon if having understand would help but h me said it wouldn’t make a difference. Who was your surgeon?
