Has anyone had the areola incision?

Hi guys,
I’m really keen to have my incision around my areola, but as it’s not as common as the crease incision I haven’t been able to find out as much about it as I would like.
Do MYA offer this and has anyone had it? Do the scars heal well and would you recommend it?

I haven’t had a BA yet, mines on the 16 sept with mya, who do not operate through the areola. It is more common to have this type of surgery abroad. My friend went to Belgium to have her BA, and she had hers through the areola. It is sooooo much cheaper to have a BA abroad, it cost her altogether for 3 nights in belgium, the flights for her and her boyfriend, the surgery itself, and the consultations just

Im new to this forum but just thought i would comment. i have booked in for my ba oct 21st with Mr A and very excited- am booked in for 460s overs am a empty/droupy 34 b/c now am hoping for a full D @ least after.

Just to say im an air stewardess and flying ( the pressure ) doesnt make any difference after your op. If your flying home after just having your op as long as its not a long flight or to uncomfortable then should be fine.. im taking a good few weeks off work to rest, just will have to be very carful when opening the aircraft doors as was mentioned in meeting with the nurse.

i think your friend had a great outcome, no scars and very cheap.. i just dont think im personally brave enough to do that.. just about coming round the idea of actually going for this one. Good job to her tho
