I’ll be 3 weeks on Tuesday. I’m gonna go to the gym end of next week and do some leg/ab work, take it steady, but I gotta do something and get back into a healthy routine and diet. Holiday food/drink, no real exercise, rubbish weather, all equals weight gain!
That’s good you’re back in the saddle. I can’t wait for that. I think boy will be a handful, when the time comes, with the holiday he’s having! Lol.
