just wondered when is the first payment due after the operation i know its split into 4 payments over a year but not sure when they will take first payment as its payable every three months thanks girls

There isnt any other criteria, they didnt run credit checks or even ask about my income. You need to ask your PC but they need time to draw up the paperwork so I would do it asap.

They are means tested and a credit check will apply. During your consultation with a Patient Co-ordinator you can discuss all the finance options available to you. Just to clarify, credit checks are run on every person that applies for a MYA loan. If you applied with First Medical Loans the results are taken from their reports otherwise we do run our own checks. I have confirmed this with the MYA finance department. I also had this, but i 100% never had a credit check, I did not give my bank details untill it was confirmed i would be allowed the finance, so they had literally no details on me.. apart from my name and address, which even if they tried to credit check me through my name and address, it is my mothers address where im staying, not my acual addresss, so nothing would match to confirm a credit check.
