Has anyone struggled with an appointment months after surgery?

So I had my boobs done in December and today I’ve discovered a pretty nasty lump I’m petrified but it’s literally just came I feel my boobs everyday sounds wrong but I’m constantly checking them etc I’m wanting to book an appointment ASAP with my surgeon but has anyone struggled with getting them to see you I don’t want to be fobbed off because I’m really worried
