Have I pulled a muscle???

Feel like I have pulled my muscle on my left side. Had my op on the 18 th feb , recovery was great but in the last few days I feel like I may have pulled my muscle , I’m not sure if it down to driving or picking up the kids 🙁 has anyone else had this feeling. I don’t even notice the implant on the right side xx

Hi Hunni my left one is the same cant feel my right one but whenever I move my left arm feels tender and I can feel the implant move abit.

I had this! I managed to get rid of it by massaging it xx

Sonia did yours take awhile too stop feeling like that.

Took about 10 days!! I was on an aeroplane and it was killing me then i massaged it felt something and it just went! xx
