Havin uplift and ba! implants sizes?

Had pre op today and seeing surgeon on Thursday to discuss implants, nurse mentioned today that you can’t have a large implant with a uplift? What size have people had with a uplift? X

Hiya I’m having anchor uplift and implants, was offered 300cc went back and been offered 385cc, that’s mr traynor. Currently saggy 30E. He said the larger the implant the quicker they sag. But apparently the larger the implant the less scaring. Xx
