having a down day :( very emotional and very painfull today

I am 5 days post op yday I was fine I could walk around my house fine and it was my last day of biotics and the strong tablets, I woke up today in agony so I took some paracetamole and it did nuffin I managed to get some sleep arounf 4 o’clock for a hour woke up feeling very emotional I feel like I have gone 10 steps back my left on is hurting so much more then the right one I no to treat it like 2 diff ops , but just having a down day keep bursting out crying sorry just needed a little moan xxx

Awww, it’s such a hard experience and thing to go through!! I was exactly the same the first few days Post op and really was depressed!! I just tried to sleep alot to get it over with, cried with pain and felt like it was torture not being able to do anything in bed all the time.

You just got to remember how amazing you will feel in a few days/weeks when the pain has gone down and your starting to heal more! I know its hard but just try to rest until your better and you will look back when you are and be happy you’ve went through it all for the results! x

Blaine I was exactly the same! I’m now 3 weeks post opp and with all the complications I have in feel so much better!

aww hun, this exxactly the same pain as me, the left effing boob feels like its burning through my sports bra and the right one is fine! i had a little moany cry last night when i couldn’t get comfy in bed haha. Its frustration hun, just think that this time next week the pain will be much less! have some codine and see how you feel; paracetamol probably isnt strong enough yet xxx

Its so anoying ay !! I am so lucky I dnt need to wear a sports bra at the min I can’t bear any thing touching them !!! My mate is going to come round and wash my hair for me today so that will make me feel better how are u feeling today hun? The left one is anoying me as my rite one isn’t no pain at all lol xxxx

Hey bbe I am feeling so much better now at the min there felling very sun burnt that’s the best way to describe it I can’t stand no clothing on my boobs and can’t stop sleeping I go bk to work on Monday gunna kill me ! Xxxx

So glad your feeling better 🙂 i understand the sunburnt feeling it was awful for me to even wear a top and where my bra ended it felt all weird and sensitve :/ youll get better every single day though babe and if you think back to how you felt when you started this post youll realise how far youve come already 🙂 xxx

The tablets your taking probably making you feel rubbish and specially tired

Hey Hun yes I feel so much better at lest I can get out of bed now the emotional part has gone now thank god ! That was horrible crying for no reason lol I toyed my old bikini on and it was bearly covering my nipple goo meee lol xxxx
