Having the worst time :(

Hi girls, I’m having such a bad time atm.. had to go hospital last week due to thinking I had an infection. Turned out that I didn’t have one so they just redressed it and that.. a week later I noticed it had got worse ( pictures below, they look awful but they make it look worse than it is ) anyway I went back yesterday, put me on antibiotics and redressed me with drains.. they said it’s due to delayed healing apararantly.. but it’s nothing to worry about..

I go away in 3 weeks and really hoping it clears up by then ????

Has anybody had this before and something similar?? X

Oh my gosh that looks so sore 🙁 how long did it take for you to notice this?? Ive just had an uplift im almost 2 weeks in and im so nervous incase i get an infection! I hope it heals wuickly for you xx

It’s actually not sore tbh babe it looks so much worse than what it is, just praying it heals quick.. I’m due back this afternoon at the hospital so hopefully it’s gone better.
Aparanatly it is normal it’s just delayed sound healing they said and it is quiet common.
How are you getting on babe ?? Xxx

Aw Natalie, thinking of you it must be so worrying. I have my op in 3 weeks and really worrying about the healing after more than the actual operation. I hope you are on the mend soon xxx

im having uplift and implants, same as you? Im excited but really nervous which is probs normal xx

UPDATE::

I’ve just been to hospital, the nurse is happy with the healing, my boobs are fine., cleaned & redressed it.. all the gooey & gunk has gone & it’s now a superficial wound so the hole has healed it’s just on the outside of the skin. So got pico drains back on and on antibiotics so should be healed in a week or two but it’s getting better which is great! 🙂 x
