Headache and sickness

Hi girls , op went well Apart from constant sickness and headache , I’m home any recommendations for getting rid of migraine ? I’ve got paracetamol but it’s not really working , I can’t/won’t take the cocodimol it’s evil , that made me more sick I think . Boobs feel very tight and stapping is tight but all good , can’t see them but love them already

Sounds a bit silly but you could always try sitting with your feet in hot water, and put a cold flannel on the back of your neck. and cover your eyes. I know it sounds so weird but I have found it calms it down abit! xxx

I took ibuprofen in between to help with the ches tightness may that will help you too. Xx

I suffer with migraines hun, migraleve are the best. I dont like co codamol etc. I take a migraleve and rest for half hour and it shifts. Hope you’re feeling better soon x

Ibuprofen is best for migraines Hun codain can accually make migraines worse also sounds daft but a can of resbull can work aswell as I large dose off caffeine can reduce the swelling of the blood vessels witch when we get a migraines our bloody vessels swell up xxx

Hiya you can only take ibroprohen 7 days p.o. that’s what my nurse told me I suffer with severe migraines as well I agree try soaking your feet and wear a baseball cap to cover your eyes I didn’t take any pain meds at all after my op so don’t think it’s that x

Oh and drink loads of water and something like pure orange juice think drunk quite a few cartons to keep fluids up and fruit apples oranges etc xx
