Help :(

I think I have a stitch poking out the end of one of my scars? It keeps catching on my sports bra so I’ve put a bit of tissue in to stop but did anyone else have this problem? Do I need to call my nurse or will it drop out itself?

I had this!! My mum pulled it out for me today! It literally came out with a slight pull. X

I would call the nurse if its causing grief Hun ….. xx
