Cardio, Cardio, cardio! lol – At the minute brisk walking is all you can do as you don’t want to get your heart rate up to much as it can create clots xx

Oh Hun I’m sorry 🙁 I didn’t No that. Ok forget walking. I use a step machine which can burn a lot of fat. I’m new to ”ve only just startted doing exercise to try and rid of my love handles…. I think what Hx said would be good or even using a wii if you have one 🙂

OMG does he!! I’ve only recently read about that, yesterday as a matter of fact…God he must be dedicated!! I take my hat off to him lol xx

Sorry to hear that Sam 🙁 Defo agree with the wii (wii fit has various gentle workouts) you could also get training apps on your phone, or even videos from you tube to follow. Just keep it all lower body and don’t push yourself if you’re struggling. If you’ve not had to exercise much before you’ll probably find it will drop the weight off easily. BUT don’t forget it is natural to gain weight after surgery and also after quitting smoking, so don’t kick yourself for a few extra pounds x

Have a look at this website Sam and see what you think, it has levels of difficulty warms ups, light exercise, full on work out, the lot 🙂 I forgot I’d got it in my favourites on laptop 🙂 xx
