I currently wear a 32 round the back bra size… I’m investing in macom bra because I’m having a lift and implants… Don’t know what size I’m going to be …. Do you buy your regular back size in these (32) or do I go for a 34… Their expensive to get it wrong and my op is this Friday xx

But a back size up so get the 34 just gives you more room etc for the swelling and a lot more comfortable. X

Hi girls, Im normally a 32, I have a macom in medium..not sure what size that is but its so stretchy and fits really well…but…I only wore it for a day so far as I feel like the asda sports bras (2 for £7!) give me more support and are comfier. But…they are a 34 back size and quite tight. So I think I am swollen as usually I have a 32 on tightest setting but macoms are stretchyyy. Xx

I know iv debated over the last couple of days to go for my usual 32 or 34 because of swelling… Iv gone for 32, ordered now so fingers crossed its going to fit!! Also ordered one from m&s that was in the sale at 12… Got a 34f god knows wot size I’m going to be because I’m having a lift which can take you down a couple of sizes but then having 210cc implants… Hopefully one will fit then can go shopping gain when the swellings gone down xx
