Help :(

I had my 2 week post op yesterday n had my dressings removed. I’m absolutely petrified to have a shower n get the incisions wet im thinking all sorts!! 🙁

Thanks Toni. I managed it but had to sit down afterwards I think I worried myself that much I made myself feel really dizzy and sick haha hopefully I’m over the worst now and it gets better. I feel so much cleaner!! 🙂 xxx

@ginamartinexo Gina I was 1 week PO yesterday and have my dressings removed and left off! She just said I was healing really well and that I could shower on Friday which I only day 9 for me! Iv bought some dermolic antiseptic soap just to be safe though
Once they’re confident that your incisions are healing well I think your pretty much back to doing normal things 🙂 (except the gym and lifting etc hahah)
Hopefully you will start to feel a little bit back to normal now 🙂 roll on our 6 week mark xxx

Ahhh babe I’m glad you feel a lot cleaner!!! I absolutely loved having a shower but I did worry about getting my incisions wet! Felt so much better for it though! How you feeling? Xxx

Thanks hollie! I’m feeling better every day Sophie. I haven’t had a shower tonight just another shallow bath i want my incisions to feel a bit better before I shower again haha. My right boob is still quite high up but my left is looking awesome I love it! My incisions are causing me a bit of grief but I think it’s mostly in my head that there maybe rubbing on my bra or something do yours feel uncomfortable? I’m so excited to wear a normal bra and get a nice new outfit n go out drinking!! Haha xxxx
