Are these what people recommend from m&s

You can get those but I got the back fastening ones – high impact black and white pack (2 bras for £30 I think it was) as my surgeon said the front zips can sometimes press against your implants xx

Is double check with your surgeon what style they recommend.
Mine told me to stay away from front fastening as well x

Are they ok to use hannah and did u take this one with u to ur op xx

I have this one, and like Hannah I also have the high impact fro the zip ones I black and white which I actually find d most comfortable. And yes I took mine on surgery day the nurse helped me get it on (it was tight) x
