HELP! 2ND BA

hi girls currently got 470 unders and I desperately wanna go bigger!
has anyone else had more than one ba what cc did you start with and what did you replace them with?
im a 32e but I don’t feel big enough! I still feel like I need to wear padded bras to achieve the look I wanted 🙁 🙁

… iv been offered 445cc in the natrelle range but trying to push one surgeon to AT LEAST 470! having unders as well i think 🙂

i know your saying theyre smaller than you’d hoped, and im starting to realise im gonna need two ops to achieve the big look that i want, but was wondering if the 470s are big but just not big enough for the look you wanted? im starting to think maybe 525cc in the cui range might be better for a big, full look that i want 🙁 but would prefer to have the responsives bcos of how natural they feel! was just wondering what you thought of this, its all ive been thinking about lately haha!!
