help!! 4 days post op

My op was 4 days ago and the side of my left boob is absolutely killing me!! I’ve had no pain in till today and I can’t move my left arm.. I’ve got a constant sharp stabbing pain at what I think is the end of my incison.. has anyone else had this

Think my sports bra was to tight haha oops changed back to my macom and it feels better lol silly me

Are you strapped up?, I had my Macom bra on but it was killing me with strapping and bra, clinic said I did not need to were my bra as strapping tight enough and it felt like heaven:) xx
