Help?? 4 months PO and getting pains?

Im 5 months post op and have starting getting the odd shooting pain or twinge in my boob. Is this normal to anyone else??
Also i noticed yesterday that my nipples habe got little lumps in them,, hoping its normal or OP related as im freaking out about cancer!! Can only just see them in the photo x

I’m only 4 weeks post op, thought I was healing well then today had really bad shooting and aching pains and looked closer and there’s a stitch sticking out. Emailed my nurse and she wants me in
first thing Monday morning and my suregon wants me on antibiotics :(!! Maybe email your nurse
Or suregon and see if it’s normal? I didn’t think I would get a reply at 8pm but they’ve replied lol xx

Oh i was al heeled and had two stitches working their way out until they last one finally went at about 2 and a half months. Then the wound finally closed. Didnt need antibiotics either just had iodine and a plaster.
Went to see the sergion a couple of weeks ago for my 3 month check up and there another stitch appeared popping out, but he said hes not worried it will come out. Its still there ?
Im going normla docs on Monday, think cancer scare i best do, bricking it 🙁 x
