An increase of 2 cup sizes is almost a given, even from a modest implant. An average of 100-150cc (depending on your frame and rib width) will give roughly a cup.
As for unders or overs – a surgeon/s would advise you of the best option for your body, depending on implant size and existing breast tissue.
