HELP… any post op ladies have this happen. worried!

Hello, I’m 4 weeks post op and I’m worried. Every time I raise my right arm I have what looks like veins popping out… they hurt and my sports bras are digging in them. Is this normal??? ?

Think this is called mondo’s cord or something like. Supposedly it’s nothing to worry about and will go down its a vein xx

@hannah did you have a mini panic too? I’ve started taking ibuprofen to help the inflammation xx
