HELP! BA & RHINOPLASTY GIRLS

Hi everyone,
So I’m extremely unhappy with my boobs, and have only just managed to convince my husband to support me in my choice to have an enlargement. Problem is, I’m actually desperate for a nose job too. Both equally as bad as each other. If I told him about my nose aswell, I think he’d just flip. He’s all for the ‘I love you the way you are’ business but I think the other thing is of course money. My question to you guys is, for those of you that have had BOTH, which one couldnt you live without? If you could have only had one procedure, which would you have chosen? Boobs or nose?
Sometimes I think nose, because everyone can see it all the time. Then I go back to boobs as it not only affects my self esteem but essentially my sex life as I don’t feel ‘sexy’…
The price of both is making me think I can only do one or the other which I am devastated about, but one is better than neither. But which?!?! ?

I’ve only had a BA so can’t give you an answer to your question unfortunately, but I was wondering if you’ve had a consultation and found out about price? Sometimes it can be considerably cheaper to get two procedures done at once as it’s only using one round of anaesthetic, antibiotics etc. Also it’s possible to haggle on the price you are offered as well xx

I have my consultation on Monday in Bristol, from what I have read it does seem to be cheaper with both, average around £, which is great it’s just still so expensive for me, and as I said my husband I think would just be so worried about money if I went ahead to get both. I’m not the best at haggling price, did you do that with your price of surgery? Can I ask how you did it? I don’t feel im confident enough to haggle and if I did and they said no sorry would that be the end of it lol? Argh! x x

I didn’t haggle on my price, I didn’t even know you could until after! I thought it was just a set price for everyone so didn’t ask any questions! How did your consultation go? Xx

hi….i am in the same situation in regards to boobies and nose!! i have been quoted 8k for both. boobies i was told are 4995k as is the nose job however as im having both they do discount!! another factor is the type of nose job you require. as im only have the bridge flattened its work inside the nose and the easiest type of surgery so not as costly…i was told nose starts from 3k upto 10k!! i was also told nose is the least painful and thats what i am most anxious about….i meet the surgeon next week!!
