HELP! Been offered 375 UHP unders worried they will look fake!!

i’m currently 34a and 5ft7, 9 stone and ive been offered 350/375 UHP im so worried this will look took fake and large for my frame. has anyone has this done? and has before and after photos?
my op is booked in for 3 weeks and i’m having a panic about the profile and wonder if its best to go down to HP and a smaller cc??

I’m 5ft 4. I was a 32 A bra size before
weigh 8 stone and a size 6 to 8 on top I had 460 cc uhp implants and they don’t look too big or fake and I’m smaller in height then you I think they will look great won’t be too big especially if your 5ft 7 xx

Thank you! was just worried about the UHP as i was thinking they will stick out too much? as i dont really have much of a figure – not very curvy! they are saying to potentially see mr mahdi again,but then i will have to push back my date. 🙁 It’s mainly friends that are scaring me, saying they will look stupid if i go too big. ha

Does anyone have before and after pics of this I have been offered this too and have the same worry x
