Help! Does anyone know what this is ??!!!

Not been on here in a while! I had an uplift and 275cc mor plus implants overs, and i seem to have a dint in my right breast! only just noticed it this week 🙁 im SO unhappy ! i hate them so much! They sre sagging again already and now this dint comes, what can be done about it ?? Xz

The dint could maybe be a lil bit of rippling maybe Hun I would go too see the my nurse and maybe see if you could get a app with your sugoen to discuss how u feel about them and if anything can be done about it how long did you have your op Hun they shouldn’t be sagging ago soo soon if at all after having a uplift xxx
