HELP! DOES IT LOOK INFECTED???

hey girls I’m 3 weeks post op today!!! Just noticed this under my plaster. Does it look infected? I still have steri strips over my incisions. I have an appointment this afternoon with the nurse to take everything off but seeing this I don’t think that’s going to happen :(. If any of you have had similar infections, what did they do to clear it? Thank xxx
