HELP! Has anyone gone FROM UNDER to OVER the muscle? xx

Hi Girls,

I finally got approved for a second opinion and meet with Dr Singh on the 12th. currently awaiting approval for a re-op! nervous 🙁

I originally had 415 unders but their not dropping at all and i really dislike the shape off them, their kinda square, i have no side boob or bottom boob its just all bursting out at the top:(

Dr Singh advised that i should go over the muscle and increase the implant size to achieve the results i want…which i trust his opinion, he was very reassuring when i meet him!.

However, i don’t know anyone who’s gone FROM under TO over the muscle and i’m little worried/nervous?

Has anyone got any advice? similar situation? got between 400-500cc overs and wouldnt mind showing me their results?

Any thoughts, feedback or advice would be much appreciated girls!!

Hey huni I’m sure you will be fine with overs I had unders but wish I could have had over as you get the lovely round shape and the look you wanted x

Hiya 🙂 although i want to look/be a full D/DD, i would like them to still look natural with a natural round edge / slope ? i don’t want them to look to ‘stuck on’ as some people say overs can give this look…i’m a little anxious 🙁 i trust the surgeons opinion, i would just love to see some results for reassurance but i cant seem to find anyone who’s gone from under to over x

I no a girl who switched from under to over because she had pip iv seen them and they fab but they looked really good before as well x
