help! i dont know what to wear!

Hi i am 4 weeks post op from tomorrow and i am struggling with what clothes to wear because my sports bra is so hard to hide! what sports bra has every one been wearing and how are you finding wearing things! ? xx

i was the exactly the same it drove me insane! unfortunately i dont think there is any sort of sportsbra that you can hide! i was always wearing the same sort of thing just vest tops but even then you could see them! its even harder what to wear when you go out! only 2 more weeks though and you will be out of them! such a good feeling! x

Aww hun surely there’s lots of different tops. It sounds like a perfect excuse to go shopping!! 🙂

i know its so hard ! i have been told to wear my sports bra for 8 weeks to keep my boobs from sagging did you guys leave them for 6 or 8 weeks? x

If u are really struggling then by a macom, they are really easy to hide as they hav normal bra straps! I practically live in mine! They are expensive tho, but worth the money if u still have another 4 weeks! And there is a discount code to get money off, cant remember what 2 type tho but im sure someone else on here will know? no i was fine at 6 weeks after my 6 week check! i just couldnt wear underwired untill 8 weeks! which was just as bad cause you cant really get any non underwired bras especially in big sizes! x

I’ve found these ones quite good for under clothes plus they’ve got padding in too. http://m.direct.asda.com/george/womens-lingerie/comfort-bra/G004252985,default,pd.html and ive just been wearing the macom and another sports bra at night. Can’t wait to be able to wear normal bras now though. Underwear shopping spree the end of sept I think
