HELP! I have a cold and my op on Thursday??

Hi Ladies,

Does anyone know if having a cold on the day of your op will result in cancellation??

I’ve been suffering since Thursday and it doesn’t seem to be getting better! I’m waiting on a call back from a nurse at Fitzroy to tell me if I can have my op, really worried 🙁

Has anyone had the op with MYA and had a cold on the same day? Any information will be helpful!

Hi hun, hope everything will be ok, that is my worst nightmare to be Ill and them cancel, hopefully u will be ok, I thinks it’s only an issue if u have it on ur chest.. fingers crossed for u.. I’m in Fitzroy on Thursday 9am xx

I hope so too, they still haven’t got back to me 🙁 I suffer with asthma and I feel okay chest wise at the minute just super worried right now! Thank you! My admission time is 7am! xx
