Help ladies

So I’ve visited 3 different clinics and soon to be 4th for consultations.
One surgeon has said implants, while another said uplift.

I’m currently loosing weight and my boobs and emptying 🙁
I’m happy to have big implants as I’ve always had big boobs.
I visited one surgeon who said up lift, which I’m fine with but no implants.

Has anyone had just implants after a surgeon has said uplift?
I’m wanting my big boobs back but really put me off after surgeon said uplift and no implants x
