Help ladies who have unders need advice

Im 4 weeks post op today and all around my implant i can feel rippling is it because my implants havent fully dropped and fluffed out or will the rippling be there forever. Iv attatched a pic so u can u please tell me if i have more fluffing and dropping to do.

I’ve just had unders yesterday so I’m no expert – but i know that you drop and ‘fluff ‘ for upto 12 weeks after surgery, so you’re still in very early days yet, you’ll have your 6 week check soon with surgeon so maybe ask his opinion, I can’t see the rippling too much on pic, your boobs look fantastic!! Hope I get similar result with 350’s xxx
