HELP. Left implant feels weird?

I’m 5 days post op from 375 and 400 unders. My right boob has no pain at all but my left… There’s a sharp pain if I touch it like near my arm pit… And when I sit forward it almost creaks? Like there’s air in it… Help! Did anyone else have this? I think it is the boob with the bigger impant. X

It will just be trapped air hun mine made weird bubbly farty noises for a while x
