Help! Lump in my breast

I am almost 3 months post op and my right breast feels as if there is a lump just below my areola.
When I touch it, it feels as if it’s my Implant and the lump moves and moves like liquid…..
I have a small hole in my left incision which is healing itself slowly and had to have drains in my right breast when having the surgery but they’re my only complications….
