Help me please look at pics

Hey girls so I was 4 weeks post op on Friday and have just noticed my right incision has a scab at the end nearest my armpit side. It’s not wet or leaking or anything but has a slight yellow colour to it? I’ve added a photo (apologies in advance!!) please could someone take a look and help? Do you think I should ring and see the nurse ? Any had anything like it before? Any advice ??

Hey huni it all looks good to me but keep it clean with savalon anit liquid and cotton to dry it with xx
