Help needed, massively swollen and fended boob?

I am now a week post op today and Friday I had my strapping off (5 days post op) the nurse said I was heeling well still bruised but she said my boobs had dropped into the 3 week stage already. Since then I have felt a lot freer and can move around a lot more so Friday and yesterday I was doing more things I had even managed to drive. Yesterday my left boob has been massively swollen and rock hard, really numb I don’t have any feeling in both my nipples but I know that is normal to begin with but my left boob is so tender to touch and I could constantly feel it irritating me all day regardless of how much painfillers I had taken. My right boob is absolutely fine I feel that’s settling in really well. I have not slept much through the night at all due to worrying in case something is wrong or am I just being silly and it’s because I have maybe over done it with movement over the last few days??? I am so panicking about all these things that could go wrong inside me it’s getting me down 🙁 Sorry for the long message girls hoping someone can put me at ease or should I ring a nurse up?

Id ring the nurse just incase! But from all the stories on here each boob settles at a different rate so i honestly don’t think you need to worry ? I bet this time next week they will both be settling xx

@HANNAH, god it sounds like you’ve been so brave to deal with all of that. So glad they’ve replaced your implant and got you sorted…. Scary how these things can just happen. Hope the pain goes fast and that you have a quick recovery this time. Take it easy chick xxx PS. Totally made me laugh with the flirting with the gay nurse- brilliant!!! Xxx

I was not brave at all I will tell you @Sarah h ? I cried all day and up until they put me to sleep, I am feeling so much better today although I wish they didn’t put the strapping on so tight as finding it so hard to breathe but my nurse said they probably did that to help prevent it from happening again. I do have at picture I will try to upload, it got a lot more swollen when I was at the hospital. Lol the guy was quite good looking too, I was talking absolutely rubbish to him , bloody anastephic?? thanks Hun xxxx

My left breast. Would be your right when you look at it! Apart from that I am so so pleased with my right breast with the size etc already? Apologise for seeing my nipples, didn’t have time to cover them!

Thank you girls, I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the size just what I wanted and they are to only get better with time 🙂 I will keep you all updated, good luck to you all if you are due to have surgery soon?xxx
