I’m currently booked in for my first initial consultation next Tuesday in Manchester. I’m a 34DD , but my boobs sag and don’t have any ‘volume’. I’m only 19 and this has been something I’ve been embarassed about all through my teenage years.
My mum is supportive of me getting the surgery, I’m just not sure as to what is the best way forward for me. Will my boobs sag more/quicker if o get An uplift and implants? I would ideally like to go a little bigger or stay the same size.. but I understand an uplift loses one cup size?
The area around my nipple is also really pale. I’m worried that this may look odd when my nipple is re positioned?
I attach photos to see what you guys think .. pics would be great or just any info. Thanks ladies 🙂 x

Hi @finnlay9898 I am in a similar situation to you!! What surgeon are you booked in to see?
I am a 34DD wanting to achieve an E,
So far Iv seen 4 surgeons 2 have refused surgery, one suggested an uplift only and one offered me an uplift with a small implant.
My breasts have a lot of breast tissue now so they where always making me aware of why they wouldn’t put an implant in, or why they recommend not too,
see as many as you can for different opinions xxx
Hii Katie why did 2 refuse surgery? Im in debate with myself about wanting an uplift. Im a 36 E at the minute but ive just had a baby 10weeks ago. I was a 34/36 C/D before i got pregnant so now they are sagging and hangy and i hate them but im so worried about surgery.
Hi Katie. Thays what I’m worried about.. I know that if I get rather large implants put in then because my skin is already stretched and not elasticated I risk them dropping and sagging. Back to square one! I’m seriosuly considering just getting an uplift. But i like the look of implants, and just because my boobs are naturally big and saggy surely I shojld still be allowed to have nice perky boobs! Makes me angry haha. Xx
Hi Gillian! I was refused twice basically they said I don’t need to get anything done and I would be back to square one even if I just have an uplift with no implant because of the current weight. I understand what the surgeon is saying it makes sense, but if I was happy with them I wouldn’t be in this situation enquiring haha so I am seeing the final surgeon today Mr Mounir so il let you know how I get on, one surgeon said I can have implants with an uplift I just need to be sensible about it, and the other one said just an uplift
I was quite shocked to be honest as they were very blunt and brutal haha but they know what there talking about its just annoying it’s not straight forward! Have you seen any surgeons?
@finnlay9898 who are you booked in to see? Xxx
Hi babe I have recently had uplift with implants (6dpo). I was an empty b/c before but had alot of breast tissue, i never wanted ‘big boobs’ i wanted the implants just for a nice rounded shape, I had 250cc and 275cc.
Surgeon said i would lose size with the uplift, also said as i had alot of breast tissue he was going to go over the muscle (which is a less natural look but i take this as meaning more perky haha)
Good luck with your consultation i’lll add you now and feel freee to message me and i can send photos xxx
Hii Katie thanks for your reply.
I havent seen anyone yet i just wanted to gather info off women that have been or are going through the process already.
Ive heard so much about the scarring is really bad with an uplift and thats worried me.
Im unsure what it is i need so i think i will be arranging a consultation soon but my partner keeps telling me there nothing wrong with my boobs….its normal for them to change after having a baby but i dont believe him 🙁
Wow at you pic! I cant see much scarring which is helpful! Thanks for sharing your pic.
Can you upload some uncensored pics please darling because it makes a different and they don’t look bad. 🙂 t x
