Help – new to this

Hi everyone – I had my first consultation with Dr Mounir yesterday he has suggested 400 understand says whilst I have grade 1 ptsosis my nipples are aligned with my fold/crease so isn’t necessary to have an uplift for the look I want (fuller and more pert) it just means the implants won’t lift the nipple. Anyone else in a similar situation to me who just went with enlargement or had dr Mounir?

Can’t you suggest having tear drop implants to lift the nipple? Xx

To be honest I don’t remember him mentioning what shape I would have or whether they would be high profile or not. He was saying so much I was just trying to take it all in.
