Im freaking out im on day 16 and without too many details had a bit of a seession but my BF lost his balance and dropped his chest weight on my right boob I felt like a crackling sound and it feels so delicate.
I rang the nurse and expalined and she said that they fetn can mkae those kind of noises and it wasnt red or hot. BUT now im panicking incase its damaged my stitches etc.
im so scared I have been so careful and I only got my dressing changed for the second time today and the nurse said I was helaing brilliantly and put the steri strips and dressings back on for one more week.
Has anything like this happened to anyone else?

Well its nit red or hot o swollen si hopefully. i have read though that it could have been a closed capsulotomy which is when pressure is applied it produces that sounds but breaks up the scar tissue. sometimes used to help boobs drop and with cc. Have had little popping sounds on and off throughout the day.
Im totally panicking about my scars now as I cant see them with being covered over still, although i am guessing i will be healed up at 16 days post op.
dont panic hun, im sure people have had much worse happen and end up fine. just keep an eye on them. if your not in any pain, just rest and let your body heal. you would know if there was something wrong with your scars by now surely. have you tried having a look at the scars? iv not had my op yet and im not sure if its something your allowed to do? i hope your ok, let us know how you get on hun x

Can’t see the scars as they are covered by steri strips and then dressings nothing has come through the dressings yet I’m tempted to remove them to have a look but then I could introduce infection.
I’m seeing the nurse on Thursday
Still not red or hot but I do keep getting intermittently this like popping sensation
Don’t worry not unless your doubling over in agony he wouldn’t of done any damage I turned round and wacked my boob on the door when I was 12 days post op my god it hurt I had a bad burning sensation and sharp pains but it soon went and now 8 weeks on there fine ! The popping sensation sounds normal to me I had that like air bubbles popping or getting trapped. That’s just most probably come at the same time as you hurt your boob so it’s makin you worry more but honestly don’t
Thank you @Rinaule and @aprile, sometimes you just need some reassurance still have the funny popping bits but its only on that boob, Im guessing my paranoia around the incisions and them twingeing may well be part of the helaing process too.
