Help PC won't reply ????

I’m due to pay my full balance next week but wondering has anyone else been able to get a late payment ?? I’m feeling very nervous about paying my full balance before the pre op and my pc hasn’t replied to any of my messages !! 🙁

Hi Emily, from what I remember I had to pay in full 56 days before the op date, maybe you could ring the clinic and see if they can bring your pre op forward if you’re unsure? Xx

Hello, I had a problem with getting responses from my clinic but the best way to get them in touch is message over Facebook if you can, they immediately got someone to phone me the next day about any issues, I think because it’s checked everyday unlike a text or anything! They just ask you to leave your name and number and get back to you the next day! Also if you’re worried about anything medical coming up in pre-op that would stop you having surgery I’m pretty sure you get a refund even the full amount I had an issue booking mine because of medical reasons and asked the same question so! Hope this helps try not to worry!! Xx

The full balance has to be paid before the pre op, I think. The pre op is nothing major hun, just bloods and swabs, pictures and going through some documents. Seeing your PC and then your surgeon is deffo the main thing x

@bushenoo Don’t worry, I was the same and something minor did come up for me after the pre-op. But mya/my PC were very helpful in sorting it so the issue was resolved quickly x

I paid a deposit to secure date then balance needed paid before seeing the surgeon, however I said I would prefer to pay the rest after I seen the surgeon just to make sure I was happy with what he said. My PC was fine with that and I just paid before leaving the clinic xx
