help please

I’ve seen it somewhere but cant remember where, anyone know how you try the sizes at home with the end of tights and rice please?, still don’t know what size to go and think this might help me out a bit x

I never got told to try this but i see the post and If I remember rightly 1oz of rice is around 30cc hope this help xx

What I did was use a measuring cup, 525cc equals 525mls of rice. They looked pretty accurate xxx
