I’ve seen a few girls buying these I was told most are fine along as the bottom of them won’t be touching your incisions as it will irritate them xx
You should get a zip up one. After your operation you will struggle to lift your arms up xx
Yes if it fastens at the back it should be fine. Any sort of sports bra that is tight and supports you well is fine xx
I would get a front up one babe ASWELL! Let them put this one of u of u haven’t got time to get one that fastens at front now before op, but once ur back at nurse for post op she can help u change it. It’s really important u don’t stretch ur arms up pr behind u or you can prevent the obi pistons from healing! Xx
I’ve heard the shock absorber ultimate run bras a very good one x
Yeah thanks Emma when I have had opp I will get a new one, I’m tomorrow can’t wait! Xxxxxx
i was told by my personal coordinator to get the ones from asda 2 for £7 but couldn’t find the size I was told to get so went to Matalan and they do the exact same twin pack for £8 and they are back fastening xx
It’s this one chick as the zip ups losse support at the front for bra wear it’s needed the most wear the figer 8 should be
