Help please as very confused

I’m currently researching breast enlargements. In a good padded bra I like how I look. With nothing I feel like I look empty after feeding 2 children. Currently I’m a 34 b /small c. I don’t want to go massive just full maybe dd? I’m about a size 12 and help would be really appreciated x

I’ve got my consultation on Wednesday. I think I’m starting to doubt it as its getting nearer and more of a reality. I feel guilty over the amount it costs just on me lol x

I was same size as you before Ive gone for 350cc hp unders, size wise there great. Not been measured yet but my sister in law went for her wedding dress fitting last week and the measuring woman there said they look at least a DD which s what I asked for….. Once I find out the Problem with my right one I’ll be fully happy xxx
