My left hand side of my chest has been quite itchy for the last few days, I kept checking in the mirror and couldn’t see anything. I’ve just noticed blood so have looked in the mirror and there’s a really weird mark there, plus a round lump and then a hole next to it. Does anyone know what this could be? It is below my strapping on the side of my chest. I have uploaded a photo – could you all please have a look? I thought it could be where the drains have been but it seems too low down for that and it’s not under a plaster xxxx

I had a mark like this from my strapping where it took the skin off hun I’ve got a photo I’ll upload it so you can have a look and see if it looks like yours, the drain holes were right at the side of my boob under my armpit that looks to low down like you said and they were so tiny I’ve got the smallest mark on either side where it’s scabed over xxxx

That’s okay babe! It doesn’t look to serious but just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t bleed to much, you can see the lump slightly but I’m not sure how it would have caused that, when’s your appointment with the nurse? Xxxx

The Nurse has just called me, she’s said to make an appointment tomorrow if I’m still worried about it and she’ll take a look at it for me. My appointment is meant to be on Monday xxxx

Ah okay that’s good at least you can get in if you need to! It’s probably just a little blister where it’s irratated you but defo go if your still not sure about it! It does look similar to the graze on my side so um sure its nothing and will just heal up on it’s own xxxx
