Hi ladies need some advice please. I had 375cc under and i am 9dpo. So i had my bandages off 2 days ago went to M&S and brought a nice sports bra.
I was 34b before my new boobies so got a 34dd sports bra, I wore it yesterday and when I took it off I was left with in prints under my arms, today I wore it again and it has been ok but think they are more swollen today because when I took it off had marks on my shoulders where it has cut in a bit and I have had to undo the zip on front a bit as felt them pushed together.
So after that bit of going on what I was wondering is – should I buy a 36dd, go up a back size until I can be measured.
Also should the sports bra be pushing them together or should they just be supported?
Thank you to anybody who replies – this sports bra buying is so confusing lol.xx

Hiya I’m 7 days PO and I have 2 M&S sports bras, all I did was go up a back size to allow for swelling (im a 34 normally so got 36) and I got C cups so that they were snug but not too small. I had 300cc and these fit just right in fact they’re a bit tight with swelling but nothing major obviously swelling will go down! 🙂 my nurse said today at appointment that they should be supported not squashed or pushed. She had a look and feel at mine and said it fitted fine. As long as they’re not being pushed together or anything just supported, it’s fine xx

@josoap Defo go up a back size, I was a 32 before but got a 34 and a 36 and I’ve been in the 36 till last week and I’m now in the 34 🙂 xx

@josoap no probs Jo! Yep definitely like Kelly said go up a back size, these 36 ones are still quite tight and I wasn’t even expecting any swelling around my back/torso? But it’s obviously swelled up 2 or 3 inches which is crazy! Xx
