HELP PLEASE! x

Op is on Friday AHHHH!!!! left it until now to look into what i need to buy! What post op bras do you guys recommend, alternatives to mancom please as I don’t like those ones, also what other stuff will i need to buy? seen people mention V pillows etc! thanks any advice will be appreciated xx

Also if anyone could help me with sizing on the post op bra that would be great, currently 32A left 32c right having 325cc left 175cc right which is difficult to put a size to i know but would be great help if people could give advice x

Hi Millie, I got some post op bras from Asda they were 2 for £15 one black and one white and they are so comfortable! They come in S M & L and I just got S and it has fit to the shape of my new boobs. I had to order them online then collect in store xx

Hi I got mine from m&s for £25 havnt had my surgery yet but seen a few girls that say they prefer them to the mancom I wouldn’t have a clue on size maybe a d or DD!!! Maybe drop

Thanks girls! Just ordered one from amazon for £15 gonna see how that goes and also ordered an m&s one because the Asda ones only have XL in stock on the site:(!!x

Are you having unders or overs?
At a guess if having overs i would say a 32 DD in the M&S high impact but for unders i would go up a backsize they are small fitting and with unders the recovery is harder, more swelling so a 34 DD, good luck for your op xxx
