Help plz :(

Hi I have just had to cancel my surgery tomorrow because of a ridiculously high temperature and kidney infection. Please tell me there won’t be a charge to reschedule?? I am gutted and feel like shit, happy Tuesday’s ???

Ahhh no so sorry to hear 🙁 hope you feel better soon! I wouldnt have thought you would have to pay… Maybe you will need to provide proof of illness from dr or something? Good luck xx

They just called me and have rescheduled for Jan 12th no fee….at least that’s one positive xx
