help!!! really worried

Hi Girls, on Saturday I was getting ready and I found that under my right scar I have a long like tube going from under my scar down my rib cage and it sticks out and having the sports bra on all the time really hurts it, I have called mya but the only time they have for me to see a nurse is 2.30 tomorrow and I am at work and can not really have any more time off, have any body else experienced and thing like this ??? thanks xxxx

also on Tuesday I will be 3 weeks post op xx

hi hun, can kind of relate as i found a larger hard lump on friday in my breast under my scar. im 10 months post op and have an appoinment with my gp tonight so hopefully will clear things up abit. if not im making an appoinment with MYA asap. try not to worry too much i know its hard! will let you know what my doctore says this eve x

thanks girls well i have been looking on google and i have found my answer its called mondors cord it is very rear only 1-2 percent of people get this.

Mondor’s Cord appear with firm “cord-like” bands that form just under the skin near the breast. Mondor’s Cord appears when the veins near the site of surgery (the breast) have been traumatized during the procedure. It is the result of an inflamed or hardened blood vessel or vein.

i have attached a picture from Google which is exactly what i have, just incase any body else gets it, just wish mya new what it was but i had to look it up myself at least i have an answer now xx

Yea its mondors cord , I had one under left boob for a matter of days and then it went x

Hey hun, I had Mondor’s cord for a few weeks, warm compress helps and if it’s painful you can take Ibuprofen. It goes away, don’t worry xxx
